- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower (or spinach)
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder

- ΒΌβΒΎ cup almond milk
Toppings: Fresh berries, kiwi, chia seeds, granola, walnuts, buckwheat flakes
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy (use less milk for thicker texture). Pour into a bowl and decorate with toppings.
