Shipping Policy

Welcome to Work Wonders! We are committed to delivering your favourite health and wellness products quickly, safely, and affordably. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with your tracking details.
  • In case of any delay due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines

  • Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are usually delivered within 4–7 business days depending on your location.
  • Metro Cities: 3–4 business days.
  • Non-Metro/Remote Areas: 6–9 business days.
  • International Shipping: Currently available on request. Delivery timelines vary by destination (usually 15–30 working days).

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
  • Orders below ₹999 will attract a flat shipping fee of ₹60–₹100 for 500 gm pkg (depending on location and weight).
  • International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or shared via email based on order volume and destination.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available for select pin codes in India with an additional handling charge of ₹50.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

5. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
  • You can also track your order through the “Track Order” section on our website using your order ID.

6. Undelivered or Returned Shipments

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the package, the order will be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

  • If you receive a damaged, missing, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@workwonders.co.in or call us at 9321297318.
  • We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. International Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees (if applicable) will be borne by the customer.
  • Work Wonders is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
